Processing Time

Order Changes

  • Need to modify your order? You can request changes (address update, item swap, etc.) within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us. Once the order is shipped, no further changes can be made.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
  • If this happens, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us, and we’ll assist where possible.
