Return and Refund Policy

At Mariaka Beauty, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns of products once they have been shipped.

Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot resell products that have been opened or used.

  • If you need assistance with an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or in an unusable condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mariakabeauty.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or defective product

  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

We will review your request and, if the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mariakabeauty.com so we can review the issue and assist you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are reported as lost or stolen afterward.

  • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • You may also contact us, and we will assist where possible.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • We cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.
